1. New Member Sign-Up Offer

• Promotion Period: 16 June 2025 – 29 June 2025
• Offer: Each newly registered member will receive a $10 discount code.
• Discount Code Terms:
  • Valid only for online purchases via our website.
  • Not valid for in-store use or redeemable for cash.
  • Cannot be applied to 500g product packs.
  • One-time use only per customer.
  • Cannot be exchanged for change or credit.
• How to Register and Receive Your Discount Code:
  • ⚠️ Step 1: Subscribe to our website using your email address to receive promotional emails from Bak Kwa King.
  • ⚠️ Step 2: Only after subscribing, log in to your account using the same email address to complete your membership registration.
  • Step 3: You will receive your discount code by email a few minutes after completing registration.
  • Important Notes:
    • The offer is only valid for newly registered member accounts (The customer has never made a purchase on our website).
    • ⚠️ You must subscribe to marketing emails before logging in to be eligible for the $10 discount code.
    • The discount code will be sent to the email used for both subscription and account registration.
    • If you create an account but don’t subscribe, the system won’t be able to send you the voucher code. Please subscribe afterwards and check your email to receive the discount code.

2. Loyalty Points Program (From 16 June 2025)

• Earn Points: Earn 10% of your order value back in points for every completed purchase.
• Conversion Rate: 1 AUD spent = 1 point | 10 points = $1 AUD discount
• Example: If your first online order is a 1kg combo for $85.50, you’ll receive 86 points. On your next order, you can use those points to get $8 off at checkout! The remaining 6 points will continue to accumulate, and once you reach 10 points, you can redeem an additional $1.
• How to Earn Points: Make sure you are logged in to your member account before placing an order. Points will be added automatically once the order is fulfilled (shipped).
• How to Check Your Points: Log in to your member account, then click on the rewards icon at the bottom right corner of the screen. The "Your Points" section will display your current points balance.
• How to Redeem Points: Log in to your member account, click the rewards icon at the bottom-right corner, then select “Redeem Points.” Choose how many points you want to exchange. A voucher code will appear and will also be sent to your email. Enter this code at checkout to apply the discount.
• How to View Owned Vouchers: Log in to your member account and click the rewards icon at the bottom-right corner. In the “My Rewards” section, you’ll find all vouchers you currently own.
• How to View Points History: Log in to your member account and click the rewards icon at the bottom-right corner. Then, go to the “My Balance” section to view your full points earning and redemption history.
• Points Validity: Points are valid for 6 months from the date they are issued. Expired points cannot be recovered.
• Terms of Use:
  • Points can only be redeemed for discount codes online via our website.
  • Points can only be earned when purchases are made using a member account.
  • Points cannot be used for in-store purchases or exchanged for cash.
  • Discount codes from redeemed points cannot be used to receive change.
