Loyalty Points Program (From 16 June 2025)

  • Earn Points: Earn 10% of your order value back in points for every completed purchase.
  • Conversion Rate: 1 AUD spent = 1 point | 10 points = $1 AUD discount
  • Example: If your first online order is a 1kg combo for $82.50, you’ll receive 83 points. On your next order, you can use those points to get $8 off at checkout! The remaining 3 points will continue to accumulate, and once you reach 10 points, you can redeem an additional $1.
  • How to Join: After you complete your first order, congratulations – you are now a member of Bak Kwa King! For every order placed on our website, you’ll receive exclusive member benefits, including a 10% rebate in reward points that can be redeemed for discount vouchers on your next purchase.
  • How to Earn Points: Points will be added automatically once the order is fulfilled (shipped).
  • How to Check Your Points: Log in to your member account, then click on the rewards icon at the top right corner of the screen. The "Your Points" section will display your current points balance.
  • How to Redeem Points: Log in to your member account, click the rewards icon at the top-right corner, then select “Redeem Points.” Choose how many points you want to exchange. A voucher code will appear and will also be sent to your email. Enter this code at checkout to apply the discount.
  • How to View Owned Vouchers: Log in to your member account and click the rewards icon at the top-right corner. In the “My Rewards” section, you’ll find all vouchers you currently own.
  • How to View Points History: Log in to your member account and click the rewards icon at the top-right corner. Then, go to the “My Balance” section to view your full points earning and redemption history.
  • Points Validity: Points are valid for 6 months from the date they are issued. Expired points cannot be recovered.
  • Terms of Use:
    • Points can only be redeemed for discount codes online via our website.
    • Points can only be earned when purchases are made using a member account.
    • Points cannot be used for in-store purchases or exchanged for cash.
    • Discount codes from redeemed points cannot be used to receive change.

  • How to Check Points

    1. Log in to your member account (email used for purchase).
    2.Then click on the Rewards icon at the top right corner of the screen.
    The Your Points section will display your current points balance.

  • How to Redeem Points

    1. Select Redeem Points.
    2. Choose the number of points you’d like to redeem.
    3. Next, click Apply Now. Your points will be converted into a voucher code and displayed in My Rewards.

  • How to Use Your Redeemed Voucher

    1. In My Rewards, you’ll find all the vouchers you currently own.
    2. Click Use It Now to apply it to your purchase at checkout.
